Lorena founded Campos Consulting Group in 2018 after building her career at the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Texas Strategy Group. She has represented more than 20 clients including corporations, trade associations, coalitions, municipalities, and educational institutions across Texas.

Her work includes legislative advocacy, strategic planning and messaging, political action committee management, business-to-business connection development, and maintaining strong relationships with key elected officials and stakeholders.

Aaron Gibson

Aaron is a seasoned government and regulatory affairs professional whose Capitol experience includes service as Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. His work spans energy, environment, water, public safety, disability inclusion, fiscal governance, and complex agency-facing issues.

He has secured millions in state funding, passed major policy initiatives, and coordinated with agencies, legislative offices, and stakeholder groups to advance durable public policy outcomes.
